У меня когда-то была Sega mega drive 2, но такого названия я тут не нашел. Зато Sega genesis с виду ей абсолютно идентична. Так неужели я все это время неправильно называл свою старую приставку?

Мегадрайв и генезис это названия для разных рынков. Приставка одна и та-же. А цифра 2, вроде, небольшое отличие по железу.
