As you know, Lobotomy Corporation is an energy-producing company. As a manager, your role here is, of course, collecting energy. Daily energy quota will be allocated to the manager of the each branch, including you. We are expecting you to bring your excellent skills and potential as a manager to our company. Make sure to fulfill a daily energy quota. If you fail, we will be disappointed and expel you permanently from the managing position.This condition is also referred to and signed in the mutual contract, so please be fully aware. Energy Many people, including other Wings, are curious how we collect energy without any environmental disruption.The answer is, what we called ‘Enkephalin’. It is very simple. From the existence called ‘Abnormality, we gain energy ‘Enkephalin’, refine the energy and sell it. Then, how do we get Enkephalin from Abnormalities? That will be your main role here.

2. HOW TO EXTRACT ENKEPHALIN Make Abnormalities feel good. It is easy and clear.They will produce Enkephalin once they are satisfied, we will collect the energy they produce. How do you make Abnormalities feel good? After many trials and errors, we were able to summarize the most effective 4 types of work for the Abnormalities. (There were numerous sacrifices with these experiments. Please pay a silent tribute to them when you are free.) Find the most favorable work for each Abnormality, to satisfy them.This is the first, basic process of how to extract energy. What type of work do you have? We divided work into 4 types; Instinct Work / Insight Work / Attachment Work / Suppression Work. Abnormalities are very sophisticated but also mysterious.You have to satisfy them, no matter how difficult they are. Sometimes, work comes at a price.There are various Abnormalities in the world. Some look similar to the human being, while some look inanimate objects. Despite of its form, all the abnormalities have a basic need and will.

Work Through this work, you satisfy its natural urges. Direct contact will be needed for this job.You can nourish Abnormalities with special foods to keep them alive, or even can clean them. Appropriate methods for each Abnormality are written on the manual.You don't need to know all the details of work. Just leave all the complicated and dangerous work to your agents and clerks. But please cheer your employees to keep up their courage, as there will be a direct contact with Abnormalities. Insight Work Through this work, you improve the environment of the Abnormalities. Containment Unit must be maintained with the optimal condition. Extra care of the unit is needed, including foreign body removal, air purification, relaxing music, etc,. However, some Abnormalities prefer dirty and unpleasant environment We need wise agents who can adjust proper environment for each Abnormality. Attachment You satisfy social urges for Abnormalities. As mentioned above, despite of its form, all the Work abnormalities have a basic need and will. Some Abnormalities have social urges as well.You need to communicate with an abnormality by talking or any other means.You will need an agent with high moderation skill, not to overstep the line when communicating with an Abnormality. Suppression You suppress the urges of Abnormalities. Above three work process will satisfy abnormalities Work with environment and urges, however, Suppression Work will control their will and needs. Abnormalities are not perfect Sometimes they fail to control urges and will, and will completely over react You have to control their emotions through Suppression Work. (Please don’t ask more details about this work.) Value of Justice will be needed for an agent who is in charge of Suppression Work.The agent must be good at judging values.To control the Suppression Work, the agent has to have an ability to be objective and rational. Otherwise,Abnormality will take over the agent Even worse, agent will kill himself.

Now I can explain what Abnormalities are.They are originated from old and deep dreams of the humankind.They may be a monster, god, human, or something else with unlimited possibilities. However, originally they are known to be from deep mind of human Are Abnormalities Dangerous? Yes, they are.They are very, extremely, enormously dangerous. I am really emphasizing this because you must bear this in your mind all the time. Nothing can be earned for free.We provide enormous amount of eco-friendly energy, faster than any other companies. We consider danger of Abnormalities as a price for that. We understand that if something goes wrong, our company, Lo-botomy Corporation might lose a position as the Wing. In even worse situation, we may put the entire humankind in danger. (Other Wings will have the similar risk of world ending, we assume.) What is Classification Code? Some Abnormalities are gentle and not that dangerous to cause huge damage on the facility. But some are extremely savage and aggressive.Those need special care. We classified Abnormalities into 5 grades, to give a clear guideline about how dangerous are they, and how much attention they need.To give you off-the-record tip, there is no safe Abnormality here. On the clerk manual, it says ‘Abnormalities are perfectly safe!’, but you should know the truth.They are dangerous, no matter which grade are they in.

ZAYIN Abnormalities with this type shows the lowest aggression and aren’t very threatening against the agents.They usually won't do great damage and can have a positive impact on the employees on some occasions. It would be wonderful if there were only Abnormalities like that, but life doesn't always turn out the way you plan. TETH These Abnormalities are more dangerous to the agents than ZAYIN and variously harms an agent If agents take care of the Abnormality well, there won’t be a big damage. HE It is easy for them to kill a employee or two.You need to pay extra attention to HE Abnormalities than ZAYIN or TETH. When the situation goes bad, you will see many of your agents die in front of you. But still, you don't need to worry too much. We believe you can still control the Abnormality with your superb skill. WAW Now you have to start worrying about dealing with Abnormalities.They are dangerous and extremely destructive.They can easily cause mayhem across the facility and break everything. You will lose a number of agents. Most of the Abnormalities have a negative attitude toward agents. ALEPH The most dangerous Abnormalities ever. If you have Abnormality with this level, try your best to pay a full attention on it Enormous amount of money has been spent to find a way to lock ALEPH Abnormalities. If your containment room holds a Abnormality of this level, pay full attention to stop it from escaping. Massive sacrifices won’t be a problem, If you can stop the escape. All the agents in the facility will be very stressful. Please do not take our warning lightly.

You don’t have any information when you have new Abnormality in the facility.You can stack information by using PE-BOX extracted from the Abnormality. Actually, you are not using PE-BOX itself. PE-BOX for corresponding Abnormality will be accrued, and you can open a guidebook with it, or even can extract materials to make EG.O. Please remember PE-Box and NE-Box are offset and you may lose your PE-Box due to NE-Box.

5. OUR BEST AGENTS Who Does ALL These Works? Of course, your agents will do! They will help you to succeed on your mission. You don’t have to take care of Abnormalities by yourself. All the dangerous work will be done by your employees. What is the difference between agent and cLerk? Agents are workers deal with the Abnormalities.They were selected from complicated job interview and test, and are the best of best crews,Their main job is to suppress Abnormalities.Therefore the/ have an excellent physical ability as well. But the most important qualification of this job is an aptitude. There is more detailed information about aptitudes on E.G.O. section. Clerks are good workers too, but they don’t have nice benefits as agents do. Also they are located in the very bottom of the protection priority rank. But they are the one who runs this facility for sure, from documenting to checking condition of the Containment Units. They are human, after all They are just weak human, no matter how smart they are.They will lose their mind once they face unbearable fear in the situation.You need to make it clear; If clerks lose their mind, you can just leave them for most of the time.They will just wander around the facility screaming, or find their own comfort But, in case of the agents losing their mind, you need to suppress them as soon as possible. They are a talented, smart employee, and may cause bigger harm to the facility.

Agents may receive MP damage by encountering Abnormalities in the Containment Unit or outside.Veteran agents with higher level will be a lot less damaged.Whereas, please remember that immature and less experienced employees will suffer from the severe damage. To recover an agent from the contamination, you will need to recover contaminated MP. Only the White/Black type attacks will be effective (More details will be updated later). If the agent dies during recovering, or you finish collecting a daily quota for PE-Box before the agent fully recovers, agent will be disposed.

4 Types of Values We established 4 types of values in order to hire and manage talented employees more easily. We understand there are a good number of values in the world, but we classified into 4, only to make our work process easier. Courage/Wisdom/Moderation/Justice are the 4 types of values. Employees have all 4 types of values. We regularly conduct a values examination to understand the condition of employees.The level of values varies depend on the experiences employee had. It can be classified from level I to level 5 at the highest. We sum up the levels of each employee and automatically promote them. Courage The more agent uses his HP, the higher Courage level he gets.To upgrade agent’s HR proceed [Instinct Work] which needs Courage.With higher Courage level, agent will have more HP for a tough work, and get less injured against physical attack. Wisdom The stronger agent’s MP gets, the higher Wisdom Stat he gets.To increase MP of an agent, proceed [Insight Work] which needs Wisdom. With higher Wisdom level, agent will handle stress better and will have stronger mindset against psychological attack of the Abnormalities. Moderation The higher Working Speed and Success Rate agent has, the higher Moderation level he gets.To upgrade Working Speed and Success Rate, proceed [Attachment Work] which needs Modera-tion.With higher Moderation level, agent will be able to have accurate judgement and diligence that will lead work to success. Justice the higher Attack Speed and Moving Speed agent has, the higher Justice level he gets.To upgrade Attack Speed and Moving Speed, proceed [Suppression Work] which needs Justice. With higher Justice level, agent will attack an enemy without any hesitation, and march to the Containment Unit most gallantly.

Most of the agents are already dead, and escaped Abnormalities are uncontrollable. Fourth Trumpet Your branch cannot revive again.Your role as the manager is over as well

Fifth Trumpet You will not be able to hear this alert. Above this stage of alert only exist manually. However, many branches had experienced Fourth Trumpet, and we can find many escaped Abnormalities outside. Sixth With this alert, we will lose our position as the Wing. It may be caused due to other Ab- Trumpet normalities, or other Wings.This situation is out of our control. Seventh Everything is over. It is impossible for mankind to survive from this situation. It is the end Trumpet without any hope.This situation only assumes the worst.

7 EMERGENCY CONTROL How can I take control of the situation? To control an emergency situation, you have to handle both Abnormalities and agents who lost their mind.The decision is entirely determined by you. Each Abnormality has an effective suppression method. RWBP After many trials and errors, we have divided the harm into 4 Damage Types. Each Abnormality will be classified to one of the Damage Types. RED Damage Type involves physical, or HP damage to agents. Damage will vary from the scratch to severe damage threats life. Do not think it as one of common physical damages you can encounter. If an Abnormality has high RED value, it may end up completely crushing your agent, make him unrecognizable. VVHITE Damage Type involves psychological, or MP damage to agents, contrary to the RED.The damage can be varied from terrible nightmare to lifetime psychological trauma, or even to a suicidal behavior. BLACK This Damage Type involves both physical and psychological damage. Abnormality with this damage type will eat into the heart of an agent. Few of the survivors mentioned that it feels like they were pricked by numerous black thorns into body and brain. PALE Damage Type involves instant death. Regardless of strength or wisdom, we are all equal in the presence of death.

How to suppress? Abnormality has its own weakness and strength. For example, one Abnormality can be vulnerable to RED damage, but immuned to BLACK damage. Collect your information to use the most effective method to suppress each Abnormality.

8. WEAPON DESCRIPTION EGO We learned that we have to use Abnormalities to fight against Abnormalities. E.G.O(Extermination of Geometrical Organ) are the weapons created to fight against Abnormalities.There are two types of E.G.O., E.G.O Weapon for attacking purpose and E.G.O Suit as defense gear, as E.G.O.s were created by prototype extracted from Abnormal ¡ties, you can attack or defend an enemy with RWBP methods. Then why do agents have pistols? Those are just common pistols you can see anywhere.This is off-the-record information only you can access, but those pistols are not to fight against Abnormalities. In the agent manual, it says a pistol is for self-defense and emergency purpose, but in the end, they will realize what it’s for. How do you acquire E.G.O? To make EG.O, first you must extract a prototype of corresponding Abnormality.Then, how do you extract a prototype? To extract a prototype, you will need to satisfy certain observation level, and spend PE-BOX of the corresponding Abnormality. As the manual mentioned before, PE-BOX will allow you to observe an Abnormality, and help you to extract means to attack and gears to defend. Difficulty level to collect PE-BOX is differ from each Abnormality, please note this.

How to equip E.G.O? After producing E.G.O with PE-Box,You can check your available E.G.O List through E.G.O List button. Not all the agents can equip E.G.O. An agent may not meet the requirement to equip E.G.O due to his value stats. Please keep that in mind. Agents with E.G.O. equipped died! There is no other way to retrieve your E.G.O back after the agent who equipped the weapon died or resigned.You must collect PE-BOX again and make E.G.O again. Abnormalities and E.G.O are both originated from prototype of humankind unconsciousness.
