If even was not really tired?
Sloth doesn't let me go away
From childhood to this very day.

The time have passed, and then just once
I've won the prize, and in long pounce
Not me, but Pride has took the place
Upon the pedestal's embrace
And even now, then I require
Sentence, it reads back, admires
And wants all others do the same,
And me to thirst for praise and fame.

Another one, who lurks inside,
Is Greed, and comes like raging tide
The urge to have, to bear, to wield...
It's nearly hopeless not to yield.
And when this wave has briefly passed,
You always know - it won't be last.

And next one is, of course, the Lust.
I'd kept it still inside, but must
Confess, that every passing day
It's growing harder to obey
The mind, and not the primal needs.
I've all my life preferred to heed
And now I know, that would be best
To not put others to the test.
Who could have wanted being loved
By man like me? So here I stand
Away from others: to protect
Them from me, and to recollect.

The only sin I haven't yet
Discovered, is Wrath: his hunting net
I somehow managed to avoid.
And this, once more, makes me annoyed:
If only I have had this flame,
Then, maybe, I could harness, tame
Its power; but, alas, it's false
And I still can't approach my goals.

This trial goes forever on,
And every word hits like a stone,
But I cannot - and won't - object.
I've only verdict to expect.
Each witness testifies and leaves,
then prosecution takes up leads...

Ограбление века: у компании Arm увели китайское подразделение со всей собственностью

Конфликт обозначил себя чуть больше года назад. В июле прошлого года директор совместного предприятия (СП) Arm China Аллен Ву (Allen Wu) был уволен управлением компании со своего поста семью голосами против одного. Вместо того, чтобы собрать вещи и уйти Аллен за деньги компании нанял охрану и запретил впускать в головной офис членов правления и сочувствующих. По китайским законам управлять компанией может только тот, у кого печать и уставные документы. Все эти атрибуты власти остались у Ву, и с этим никто ничего не может сделать. Изюминка в том, что китайским акционерам принадлежит 51 % СП Arm China и они полностью на стороне г-на Ву

А теперь переходим к самому главному. На днях Аллен Ву представил ребрендинг Arm China и рассказал о планах развития уже полностью независимой от Arm компании. У новой компании пока нет английского имени, но у неё богатый набор разработок для лицензирования. Всё это и многое другое досталось от Arm. Считается, что китайцы получили в своё распоряжение всё, вплоть до архитектуры Cortex-A77 (разработка 2019 года). Новейшие наборы инструкций Armv9 и весь пакет новых процессоров, интерфейсов и ядер после начала конфликта в Китай передавать не стали.

 В презентации новой компании Аллен Ву подчеркнул, что она имеет массу новых разработок, которых нет у Arm. Всё это сделано специалистами новой компании. Это и нейропроцессоры, и ускорители по обработке видеопотоков, и сетевые процессоры, и процессоры по обеспечению безопасности вычислений и многое другое. Всё представлено как семейство продуктов XPU.

 Утверждается, что новая фирма уходит корнями к Arm, но является независимой китайской компанией — крупнейшим в стране поставщиком разработок для чипов. За время работы она отгрузила 20 млрд единиц продукции и имеет свыше 90 партнёров. Из этого числа 29 партнёров достигли стадии массового производства устройств с использованием разработок Arm. Всё это создано местной командой специалистов числом свыше 400 человек и охватывает широкий спектр продуктов, от мобильных приложений до сетевых.
