Sources: Eurostat, INSEE, Destatis, StatDK, StatSe, StatFI, ONS, INE.es, etc. Methodology: For countries such as Spain, Italy, and Greece, measurements include children born to parents of which at least one is born outside of Europe. For Northwest Europe (including France and excluding the UK and Ireland), data is gathered according to children bom without any non-European migration background. Datais available for France via INSEE. For UK and Ireland, direct ethnic stats are available as of 2019 by the ONS. For Eastern Europe, Eurostat estimates are used. For countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, and Czechia, gypsies are taken into account for births of non-European origin.
