Police Shoot and Kill Dog in Front of Owner (Graphic Video),News,,"Leon Rosby arrived at 137th Street and Jefferson Avenue in Hawthorne on Sunday evening to videotape a police standoff. He brought along his 2-year-old Rottweiler, Max. He put the dog on a leash and began filming. Hawthorne police deemed Rosby's actions interference and placed him under arrest. By this point, Max was in the backseat of Rosby's car, but the arrest upset him. He began barking, jumped out of the car and lunged at officers."* Leon Rosby was cuffed by Hawthorne police officers after recording them with his phone. Then, when his dog jumped and ran to Rosby and the officers, the officers shot the dog in the head, leaving it writhing in the street until its death. Was the shooting necessary? У меня был случай, когда ротвейлер без поводка и намордника в городе кинулся на махонькую собачку моих родителей (на поводке и в наморднике кстати), а его хозяйка только стояла и пыталась его подозвать.
Мне пришлось держать собачку над собой, пока ЭТО пыталось её достать, встав на меня.
Я лично в тот момент пытался вспомнить, есть ли у нас что-либо из охотничьего оружия в квартире и каковы будут мои шансы с ножом против такой крупной собаки.
Говорю это не для того, чтобы показать свою крутость, а чтобы хоть как-то показать неописуемые эмоции, которые испытываешь в такой ситуации.
В моём случае помноженные на собственное бессилие...
Так что при наличии оружия я бы на месте полицеского я бы поступил точно так-же.
