Who teach them this behavior? The teachers? Or Their parents? How safe is it for innocent school children and teachers with criminality entering school premises. What are the Department of education do to prohibit any kind of weapons entering school premises? To go even further.... WHAT ON EARTH DO A CHILD OF ANY AGE PLAN IF THEY WALK AROUND WITH THIS DANGEROUS WEAPON?....or any other dangerous weapon. There should be a law to put an age restriction on any child carrying a Panga. The only exception must be in working conditions in their own yards if their parents may need their assistance. But nowhere in public. There must be a free hand given to officers of the law to stop any child to inspect their rucksack for dangerous weapons.
