Во время мероприятии Realms Deep 2020 студия Running With Scissors анонсировали спин-офф серии Postal: Brain Damaged. Разработчики решили отказаться от открытого мира и сосредоточили внимание на жанре линейного шутера в духе ретро. Главный герой после очередной пьянки очнулся психиатрической клинике, где злобная медсестра с помощью таблеток превращает людей в кровожадных маньяков. Игрокам предстоит сбежать из психушки и попутно расстрелять все, что может представлять опасность для Чувака.
Разработчики обещают «классический и ураганный экшен», а также типичный для серии черный юмор, море крови и сатиру. Игра выйдет на PC (Steam) и консолях в 2021 году.
