Wonderful cast, amazing scenario and directing, and most importantly for me - the very interesting monologues and dialogues with the deep meaning. I found everything! When in the second monologue of this composition, which delighted me at the very first viewing of this film in the cinema, Madame Gorski, played by the incomparable Carla Gugino, talks about dance - this words became for me a metaphor for any form of creativity and its great importance, including even the imagination within us. That was confirmed once again by the quote of Mark Twain, which was said, incidentally, by the same character later in the movie: "Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone, you may still exist, but you have ceased to live." The words, that we hear from the magnificent Abbie Cornish at the end of the picture, tell us that you and only you are the master of your life and have everything to achieve the desired and realize all your dreams. And the whole movie with its battle scenes, performances, dialogues, and character stories, as well as the call of the heroines of Dr. Vera Gorski and Sweet Pea: "You have all the weapons you need. Now fight!" - are the expression of a magnificent, wise and at the same time simple thought: make and create your own life by yourself and right now because everything is in your hands, including such important tools as imagination and fantasy! Also want to note the charming Jena Malone in the role of Rocket, which mischievous and provocative voice with the phrase "You're gonna wanna watch this..." adds a special playful mood and fervor in the composition. Perhaps you will notice some similarities in the drum line of this music with one of the most known tracks of the awesome "The Prodigy" band. In the process of making this composition, I was interested to learn how to make a similar sound with such dense energy and drive, which, in my opinion, is very suitable for the style of the musical story based on "Sucker Punch" movie. I thank all the creators and all the amazing cast of this great film for its stunning atmosphere, wise content and for the inspiration to bring this music here!
