So how does this all work then? More details below! Now couple with any somewhat fast offhand for dem free hits. For whatever reason 1-handed pushes are much faster, and while one handed you can still use your shield moveset, so running attacks. You cannot push any move that is in a stance, you will get block frames but you can't interupt.
