All dialogue lines are in archives, however the dialogue itself doesn't start simply because it wasn't implemented. So i had to restore it myself and i did it as good as my skill allowed it. Specifically, i replaced all supermutants helmets with sailor hats and repurposed one of the existent triggers to activate this dialogue lines. Unfortunatly, due to lack of expirience with Fallout 4 modding, i made this restoration the way it actually broke half of the game (all supermutants now wearing those sailor hats and half of quest triggers isn't functioning anymore). It was never meant to be a downloable mod anyway, so it's fine by me.
